LIFE IS SO CHEAP

Former Health Minister and MCA's Chairman for Bakri Division Dato Chua Jui Meng had at 4.15 pm Saturday, July 18th 2009 announced at a PKR public forum held at Sunway Lagoon, that he is joining the ranks of PKR. I suppose this is the least that MCA had expected from an illustrious senior politician who had been a staunch party member for more than two decades. What concerns MCA now is the fear that more will follow the steps of Jui Meng, who still have a strong following in MCA.

In his speech following his announcement to join PKR, he was reported to have said that “I know I am leaving the comfort and security of my present life for a road less traveled – a tough and rough road” and he further said that he is “about to take a journey of change”. These are strong statements reflecting presumably his frustration at what is happening to the country today, and a rebuke to the leaders of the ruling party in particular. His decision to quit MCA does not come as a surprise to some. He is known to have an uneasy relationship with some of the top MCA leaders in the past, and he has failed in his attempt to secure the party's top leadership post twice.

I do not know whether the PKFZ scandal that involves a string of former MCA leaders, and the mysterious death of Teoh Beng Hock at Shah Alam recently is partly the reason for Jui Meng to break ranks with MCA. But I certainly think that this two issues have somewhat affected public opinion of the government, and made even worse by the ruling party's poor handling of the Perak fiasco that is still lingering in the courts.

I have just returned from a wedding last night, and the main topic of discussion was the death of Teoh Beng Hock. From the discussion, I could sense that even the Malay majority among the crowd, does not see any logic for Beng Hock to have jumped to his death; rebutting the characterisation made by the infamous Nazri Aziz.

There has to be strong reasons for Beng Hock to have forsaken his life, and he being in the custody of the MACC at the time of his death, should take full responsibility for the incident. To most, this is a mysterious death, unheard of in the country's 52 years of independence, and an incident that can even take a racist twist. Denial by the authorities is not the answer, and to ask the concern public to stop making assumptions, opinions and remarks regarding the incident is impossible. A Royal Inquiry seems the only way out to satisfy public opinion.

The Kugan's death while in police custody is now silent. The alleged abuse by MACC investigating officers upon witnesses is now taking a new pattern.............I suppose, likening it to the CIA/FBI methods of investigation/interrogation that see little value and respect for the human life.

And when can this utter disregard for human life cease, and don't the authorities know that such demeaning acts of some unscrupulous government officials runs contrary to the government attempts at winning public support to their side after a failed March 8th 2008 General Elections? The only way for the government to stop the slide of public support is to come down hard on these unscrupulous government officials and their unwarranted acts.

I suggest folks go and watch Robert Ludlum's CIA fiction story turn into a movie just screen by ASTRO recently.

Yes, it is a highly recommended movie it shows if the CIA is desperate enough it would and could knock off its own agents!

So, maybe some body out there has plans to do dirty jobs and has loads of DOLLARS to do it, anything for a RIGHT price! can be done!

If the So called DPM says no need royal inquiry at the very first instance and then latter says wait for PM to come home and decide, then say lets discuss in the :"KITCHEN CABINET NEXT WEEK" !

WHY THE PANIC STATEMENTS COMING OUT, POLICE SAYS ACCIDENT THEN SAYS LETS INVESTIGATE THEN SAYS :"DEATH DUE TO FALL" !

WHAT CAUSED THE DEATH VICTIM TO FALL...WHO CAUSED IT...WAS IT SELF INFLICTED..?

WE WANT ANSWERS NOT QUESTIONS MR. MINISTER OF COCK UPS..KERISMUDIN !

JAWAB JAWAB JAWAB !

“I can bet with you that it’s something that you will find on most men’s handphones,” - MACC chief commissioner Datuk Seri Ahmad Said Hamdan
This is the guy who heads the MACC. When his son was caught over the issue of his bringing child pornographic material into Australia. His son, a pilot, pleaded guilty and paid a fine for the offence. He said this,“I can bet with you that it’s something that you will find on most men’s handphones.” Is he not as sick as his son? Maybe he has porn in his handphone. Dear Ahmad, all men are not as perverted as you or as your son. We have mothers, wives, sisters, grandmothers, aunties and of course daughters. Maybe it is normal for men in your family to carry porn in their handphones.

So now the father of a porn carrying pilot wants us to trust him in his investgation of Teoh Beng Hock's death? Please we are not morons, by the way do not make my ba**s laugh with your so called investigation. They definitely have something to hide, his bunch of goons love cows and Lexus.

PETALING JAYA: The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) is conducting its own internal inquiry into Teoh Beng Hock’s death and will make public its findings.MACC chief commissioner Datuk Seri Ahmad Said Hamdan said the commission had nothing to hide. “We will reveal all. When we have all the facts ready, we will hold a press conference and give a full report,” he said. Ahmad said the MACC would not be shaken by the attacks against it by political parties. “Politicians can say what they like. But whatever they claim will not change the facts and evidence.

The truth will be out soon,” he said. Yeah, same truth like your son's porn in Australia with your convoluted logic!

How can you give justice for Teoh Beng Hock ?
First you need to get rid of the current UMNO led regime. That means, no more supporting MCA, MIC, Moquito Party PPP and the other many smaller mosquitos. These are the parties that prop up UMNO and make UMNO audacious, which means recklessly bold in defiance of convention, propriety, law, or the like; insolent and brazen. They give excuses for UMNO to continue to rule under the pretext of being multi racial, taking care of the needs of each individual race, under the banner of the BN. What they actually perpetuate is the supremacism of one race. Which in turn makes UMNO abuse the rule of law, with the help of government institutions headed by the "Little Napoleans", without fear of repercussions. They know that the people are impotent. East Malaysians better wake up, before a similar incident happens in your own back yard.

Once that happens you can bring justice for Beng Hock and the many victims who have died due to Police brutality, god knows there are many. You can bring these paragons of "law enforcement", plus our juciciary and now our infamous MACC to justice. You will be able to throw in a few Ministers in to face the music, maybe starting with the head honco himself.

No matter what screwups the Pakatan Rakyat does, people do not die. These screwups are birthing pains, tolerate them. You must apply the first principle of war, which is "The selection an maintanence of aim". Do not deviate from that aim, do not add on other aims, for surely you will fail. Hold on to the first aim of getting rid of the UMNO led regime.Tell Pas to get it's shit organised and stop being shit stirrers with unity talks with a power crazy rabid organisation.

Then after conducting a clean up of the civil service, appointing people with a sense of fair play and justice, only then can justice be served. Justice for Teoh Beng Hock, Kugan and the many dead. Which will of course lead to better ruling of this beloved country of ours. So people stay focussed, wake up.

Najib: Promise to find the truth. This is in relation to the death of Teoh Beng Hock. The police will thoroughly and professionally investigate the death of Teoh Beng Hock to find out what actually happened, said Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak. He called on all quarters not to speculate or make statements, which could confuse the public. The Star

People, do you really trust him? Well, are we now not allowed to speculate? Confused about the half truths, spins and lies, a resounding yes! There have been so many thorough investigations with alot of NFA's (No further action). In relation to Najib himself, was a thorough investigation carried out on Altantuya Shaaribuu's murder, why was PI Bala not called? Until today after his fish head curry no one knows his where abouts. Many people are still curious about the motive for the killing of a model. She moved in elite circles and was the mistress of a political aide to Malaysia's Prime Minister Najib Razak.

Remember this, "I saw Azilah outside the jeep carrying a bag containing an M5 weapon and silencer from the jeep that was located at the foot rest of the passenger seat and gave it to me ordering me to "shoot to kill" the Chinese woman who was inside the jeep". Dear Mr. PM we have yet to be convinced about you finding out the "truth". Your track record speaks volumes on your so called truth.

Yes what about the custodial death of poor Kugan, according to your goons, he drank water and died . People are still waiting for the truth, when is the truth going to happen. While at it please explain why was the pants, of the late Mr. Teoh Beng Hock seen shredded when he actually did a free fall down 9 floors. We await with bated breath for your answers, the "truth". Wink, wink and wink.

Dato,
Where is the inquest for the late Lt Col Baharuddin Sulaiman Tudm (rtd)who died in the Ampang Police Lock up not many month ago as promised by the government and the Selangor police chief ? What deduction can we made from these whole episode of Malaysian dying during interrogation.Do u still trust those idiot in uniform? I beleive in the devine principle of " a tooth for a tooth and an eye for an eye" ,those murderers must pay for the crime they committed.

Even if the macc had no respect for the person when he was alive, they should have the miniscule compassion to show him the proper respect when he was dead. The conduct of the macc from the start of the event, ie, their interrogation methods just shows their lack of skill & knowledge to handle their responsibility. Making threats & nasty comments on a persons religion & ethnicity just shows their own stupidity and shallowness.

To heave a dead body out the window to be rid of guilt is totally unacceptable. Even in the most difficult conditions, a soldier always shows a downed or halpless enemy some form of compassion and respect. The dead are never desecrated as this is against every teaching of civilizations and religions especially ISLAM.

More facts were released in the chinese language papers today, the fact that on the day of his death, his family found his car shackled in the car park, and when they came to claim the vehicle later, they were told that the polis have removed it. It was also mentioned that his handphone was never recovered and most importantly, the papers revealed that the premises of the macc was electronically locked down and that all access into and OUT of the premises had to be escorted by an macc personnel. That would mean that the macc chief has been caught lying through his teeth when he claimed that the deceased was released at 3.45am.

The mainstream press reports on the other hand are bordering on inciting racial hatred as far as I am concerned.

As far as I am concerned, the macc has yet again proven to be a failure, it has failed to pursue and significant corruption cases, failed to bring any such cases to court, failed to get any conviction of earlier cases (perwaja comes to mind), and today has failed miserable in the eyes of the general public. I think funding for this agency ought to be stopped.

And personally, I would like to drive a bayonet into the belly of the persons responsible for the shaming of the entire nation in the eyes of the world. This person is a traitor to the nation and deserve nothing else.

Dear Captazhar,

Thank you for sharing the information you garnered from the vernacular language. But I think it is rather risky to arrive at a definitive conlusion based on these reports as they could be subject to manipulations.

I would not speculate on the circumstances that led to the tragic accident.Due respect should be given to his family and fiancee, the grievances they are undergoing over the loss of their loved son/future husband. We do not want to add further their anguish and grievances by speculating on things that we have no information and evidence all about. This is why the article by RPK in his MT blog descrbing in detail how it happened is most despicable. We know he is teliing a blatant lie to manipulate his readers.

The move to set up a Royal Commission I think would be the best way forward to satisfy all parties, including protect/redeem the reputation of MACC if they are really not at fault.

Maurice,
You are the most condescending person, which means showing or implying a usually patronizing descent from dignity or superiority, with politically correct statements. I bet you read Utusan, Berita Harian and the The NST, to name a few everyday. Me, I buy them on a 'need to basis', whenever I need to clear my dog's poo.

These are not insinuations, well, why am I wasting my breath? Remember I can be very civil without being crude. Remember my suggestion before, about 'self impregnation'. With you Maurice, I rest my case.

maurice said...

Dear Komando,

What then you consider realistic?

The Royal Commission has been asked by noneother YB Lim Kit Siang.

If you have better and realistic idea lets share it.Please do not leave readers wondering as to your line of thinking.

Please be fair to readers of this blog.

Dear D.Swami,

Thank you for the compliments.

If there is one thing in life that I have learned is that do not judge people by your own standards and impose your values on others.

This country will be better off with people who knows how to respect the opinions/views of others on matters concerning the future of this country.Being personal will not help the cause of this blog.

Salam Dato' What happened showed the highhandedness of the government and their "tidak apa attitude". We are under an empire where everyone else are wrong until proven guilty as charge. If they can whack a former Dy Prime Minister almost to the point of a serious injury or death, what chances do we ordinary folks have? Unless it is an ordinary case where no politician or their close friends are involve. Here is an extract from Malaysiakini dated 19 Jan 2009, by the courtesy of Tukar tuib [Selepas mendiang A Kugan didakwa mati sewaktu dalam jagaan polis, kini pemimpin Umno Maran, Pahang pula mendakwa dibelasah oleh sekumpulan penyiasat Suruhanjaya Pencegahan Rasuah Malaysia (SPRM).

Can you imagine what can happen to those from the opposition. So Maurice what RPK wrote are not blatant lies but what the government provide in the Newspaper are misleading information which are dangerous in the long run! get my drift. Salam.

ommo said...

Addendum: Look at Teoh's body very little blood or trace of it and torn clothing.

maurice said...

Dear Ommo,

What is so suspicious about the RPK report is that it was so descriptive as if he was there himself to witness it.

If there is a third party a witness to the incident and providng RPK with the evidence why just the person concerned don't come out open to reveal the truth?Or report it to the PDRM?

It does not make sense !

Major D Swami (Retired) said...

"If there is a third party a witness to the incident and providng RPK with the evidence why just the person concerned don't come out open to reveal the truth?Or report it to the PDRM?" - Maurice,

It is elementary my dear Maurice, the witness stands a very good chance of being C4'ed!

Dear D.Swami,

On the contrary he will be an instant hero to all Malayasians, untouchable by those who wants to do harm on him.

Don't tell me we Malaysians are not willing/able to protect our hero in times of critical need.

Major D Swami (Retired) said...

Yeah, like PI Bala, the Bilal Poranggi who exposed Shaiful,Teresa Kok who exposed Khir Toyo, the Chinese reporter who exposed Ahmad Ismail and ISA'ed, the list goes on.

Maurice, please wake up and smell the shit.

ommo said...

I agree with Major(R) D. Swami, Teoh was a witness and look what happened to him. I believe the creditability of BN is at an all time low unless they repent (insaf) which is a mega politically action that BN has to take to redeem themselves i.e. all those who has taken properties or monies illegally by themselves or thru families or proxies (okaylah RM 1 million and above) to withdraw from politics immediately. Only then creditability can be achieved. Hey wait a minute there might be no BN
Rep left. It might sound like a joke but seriously most of us have that assumption. Salam to all.
