In the next few hours, i.e. Monday 11 at 2.30 pm, High Court Judge Datuk Abdul Aziz Abdul Rahim will deliver his decision as to who is the rightful Menteri Besar of Perak. Will it be Zambry or Nizar? And will the decision be accepted by all and sundry, or will there be further appeals?
Most have expected that the sitting of the Perak State Assembly should have been deferred to a date after the decision by the High Court; thus avoiding the pandemonium that had marred the Perak State Assembly a few days ago. Why had Zambry been so insistent in calling for a sitting of the State Assembly, knowing fully well that his position as the Menteri Besar is still a subject of a court's decision, is indeed mind boggling. What if the court rules that Zambry appointment as the Menteri Besar is null and void? Will the palace accepts this decision, and since Nazir does not have the majority, will the palace cede to Nizar's request to dissolve the State Assembly? What ever be the decision of the High Court this Monday, Malaysians, I believe do not expect to see a repeat of what happened to the Perak State Assembly on Thursday last.
In an unprecedented move, PM Najib is reported to have offered to co-operate with the opposition, to seek an amicable solution to the political stalemate in Perak. I wonder if the opposition would accept the offer, at a time when both parties seems beyond reproach and amendable. If indeed, PM Najib is sincere in his offer, the opposition should be wise enough to take this opportunity, in order to cast off itself as being the sole cause of the May 7, fracas. This was certainly the views of all main stream media.
Certainly, it will be a most difficult decision for the opposition to make, since they had all along believed that they were illegally robbed off their 'rightful ownership' of the state government.
Let us hope that the decision by the High Court tomorrow is one that will pacify all contending parties. What is more important now is bring back the sanctity of the august Perak State Assembly, and for elected representatives of both the political divide, to honour and to perform their sworn duties to their electorates. Continued factional political infighting will certainly not do any good for the state.

Dato, why should the opposition be amicable? It is Najib who orchesrated this fiasco. I for one hope it drags on, until and when the state assembly is dissolved calling for fresh elections. This is the beginning of the end for the BN. Alot of Perakians will rejoice.
Dato
We hope that the verdict will not bias to one party that we really concerned.
The courts have already decided well before this...UMNO must be right..all the way...no matter what the RAKYAT feels and think.
They are not ashamed of what they do in the first place...
If they had any simple brains, they would not have done it...
The courts can be neutral only if the system is put RIGHT, otherwise it is only wishful thinking !
"Can bet that UMNO will have the right of way...ZOMBIE RULES THE SATE...COME TOMORROW!"
A big NO, from Nizar and his supporters; if the court decides in Zambry's favor. How to expect them honoring the decision on this case when they do not two other previous decisions of the federal court. Zambry however, has made a statement that he will honor whatever decision from the court on the matter.
Even if the court decides in favor of Nizar, BN holds the majority in the DUN. A clear majority of three seats over the pakatan parties.Back to square one.
pakatan lost the Perak Gov when three of their ADUNs decided to become Independents and supports BN. They had proven their stance in the 7th May assembly.
Dissolution of the assembly is still the prerogative of the Ruler.
If the court decides in favor of Zambry, i am damn sure the pakatan people will cry foul and accused the court/judge being biased towards BN.
As citizens with sound thinking brains we must respect the court and abide by the decision of the court, otherwise we don't have the judiciary systems and go back to laws of the jungles.
It is very naughty and foolish on the part of some emotional groups who have pre-empted the court's decision.
Looking at the faces of some Perak YBs and the fiasco they created at the Dewan Undangan Negeri, we can't expect much from politicians with low class mentality. Coupled with personal agendas and anti- establishment attitudes they will never accept any court decision unless it is in their favour. I bet, this kind of disgraceful beings will even reject God's decision.
Zamry has been painted as the "bad guy" by some but I am glad he is gentleman enough and comes loud and clear that he will respect whatever the court's decision. For Nizar? This guy is quiet and surely he has something else in his mind!
Some have accused Najib for ochestrating the BN takeover in Perak but as a responsible leader he has stretched his hands to offer PKR a way ahead. For the sake of all of us in Perak and Malaysia, PKR must be gentlemen politicians and accept to talk. PKR must not come up with silly excuses not to accept, if they do we all will curse Anwar Ibrahim and his followers!
Assalammualaikum Dato' the Good Judge has decide that Dato' Zambry is the illegal MB. So what now!, it's so obvious that the law clearly state that the Sultan has no powers to sack the MB i.e. Dato' Nizar and the Judge has no choice. So now the ball is at BN feet and another blatant mistake they can forget the people support. But then those whose hearts (inner heart i.e hati in BM) are not healthy so too are their actions. Insaf first then cleanse oneself and this taught in all religion.
Wassalam
