In slightly more than 24 hours, Muslims around the world will welcome the month of Syawal 1430 Hijiriah, and says farewell to the month of Ramadan.
To all my Muslim readers, my family and I wish you and your family 'Selamat Hari Raya'. I also wish to take this opportunity to seek your forgiveness, if I had in my writings said any thing that might have hurt you.
If ever I have hurt the feelings of anybody, it was never intended, and feel a deep remorse for what I did.

In wishing Selamat Hari Raya Aidil Fitri to YBhg Dato' Arshad and family and to all you Muslim guys bloggers and readers, I take the opportunity to wish you all many happy return and may you all have a merry Raya day with your loved ones this 1st Syawal 1430.
In the spirit of Aidil Fitri, I extend my hand to all of you and with all honesty I beg for your Maaf Zahir dan Batin.
And after Raya we all are going to have an interesting event in Bagan Pinang, starting with the BN's candidate nomination day on this 29th followed by the polling day on Oct 10th. The interesting part is to see the outcome of our soldiers' postal votes that make the 30% mandate of Bagan Pinang representation.
For the first time the concern for postal votes has received a much focussed attention and became a moot point in hot debate all over the new media streams for Najib had once been "saved by the bell" by military postal votes.
I called for BOIKOT UNDI POS in the previous thread posted 16 Septembr and a blogger in Malaysiakini called for ABSTAIN POSTAL VOTE on 17 Septembr, this levelheaded thinking is for the simple logic that it's the only way for our soldiers to vote for PAS by not casting their postal vote. It's how to say YES by saying NO.
And the soldiers must use this to teach UMNO a lesson of their slackening attitude towards the welfare of army people (as posted by abdulhalimshah) not only in Bagan Pinang but in anywhere else in this country where soldiers are taken for granted by BN's politics.
Since UMNO doesn't really appreciate soldiers' votes other than when in desperation, then let us soldiers depreciate UMNO by abstaining from postal votes, starting with Bagan Pinang.
And if soldiers are forced by their superiors to cast the postal vote, go on cast your vote by making it a "spoilt vote" any which way you can.
Remember, this is not a mutiny, you are not doing this against your army, you are doing it against the political opportunist that is UMNO. This is every soldier's way for a Jihad to your own people.

In line with our faith of celebrating first of Syawal, let us welcome this day of victory over our "Nafs" and make us to be " Muttaqin " ( achieve piety to ALLAH S.W.T.) and Maaf Zahir Batin to your goodself. You have done a great service by being yourself and let us continue the struggle to free our "Nafs" from the pollution of life.

Well if that is the only DS solution, I think that some of the officers and MOST of the good soldiers will be honest, brave and honest to do it and fear no MAN but only GOD!
The Deputy Defence Minister says: :ALL soldiers are only allowed to be involved in politics after retirement!
WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?
KIND OF FUNNY WHY OTHER GOVERNMENT SERVANTS ARE NOT TOLD THIS,
