WHAT NOW MACC?

It is difficult to hide a lie, when justice and truth is being sought. And in order to cover up a lie, the liar concoct another piece of lie and this will go on and on until the truth is finally revealed. Even if a liar get away with his lie, it will be his conscience that finally get the better of him. This is what we see happening at the on-going inquest into the death of Teoh Beng Hock.

I had from the beginning found it difficult to believe that Teoh had committed suicide; a finding made by some that makes little sense to me. How could he want to take away his own life when he is all geared to be married and knowing that his wife-to-be is bearing his child. And how bankrupt is the prosecution to have revealed Teoh’s poor bank credit balance as a likely reason for Teoh to indulge in corruption.

All previous autopsies carried out by our local so-called experts did not conclude the possibility that Teoh was murdered. But now, a renowned forensic expert from Thailand, Dr Pronthip Pojanasunand who had performed more than 10,000 autopsies and heads the Thai Ministry of Justice’s Central Institute of Forensic Science has given a 80% possibility that Teoh was unconscious when he fell to his death. And no unconscious person is capable of walking to the window and to jump out. In other words, what Dr. Pronthip implied was that Teoh was simply murdered.

For Dr. Pronthip to come out with such a possibility and in very definitive terms, shows only her true self as a highly professional forensic expert. The findings of our so-called experts have now been put to severe test and challenge by Dr. Pronthip’s declaration.

Now, what if a second autopsy is performed by Dr. Pronthip and her professional finding is proven to be true? Will our experts dare to challenge those findings? And should the findings goes unchallenged, what will Malaysians say of our experts? Or will we then say that Dr. Pronthip’s findings has no professional forensic standing in this country; hence in cannot be taken to be conclusive. Such a thing can be said, just like what was initially declared of the Kugan’s death.

This is an exciting case to watch, and my only hope and that of all like-minded Malaysians is to see that justice prevail, and those found guilty of the offence be given the appropriate punishment. If it is murder, then the only punishment is death.

What now MACC……..the heat is on you!

The result of the Lingam RCI is also out now, as expected the AG has ruled that there is no case against Lingam. This despite the findings of the RCI that proclaims otherwise.

As for Kugan's case, we do not have to hold our breath for its conclusion. Justice be done... I think not!

Teoh's case... I doubt that it will even see the light of day under the current circumstances.

My dear firend,

1. Not only MACC's name is at stake. Yours and mine and every Malaysian and those yet to be born-Malaysians's names are at stake. How are we going to carry our heads high? Your Crusade Against Corruption should include Crusade Against Lies.

2. I believe the Thai forensic expert is doing Malaysians and Malaysia a great favour for having the professional and morale courage to perform the test and come out with her findings. Hopefully, her efforts will not be in vain but encourage our own foresnic experts to borrow a little courage from her and perform their duty more professionally and with greater courage. Talking about courage, sometime, "women has greater courage than men".

3. Next, let see what the fainted-hearts would say and excuse their "oversights" or they continue to defend themselves and say they are at least 20% right.

4. I just feel sorry for all Malaysians.

LIES AND LIARS NEVER CHANGE!

They will tell another lie to cover up a BIGGER lie at the end of the day our beloved country becomes worst than Zimbabwe or BURMA...I hate the word Myanmar!

Hamid Karzai is another good example..lying to the people and the world...USA yankees the biggest liars

1 Malaysia boss learn from them!

The late Teoh will be laughing at the MACC devils when their turn comes..six feet under "party time"!

They can't run they can't hide, eventually all will face the sweet music or horror ones!

The Thai expert has no standing i this country, she cannot be taken serious, that will be next statement from MACC!

The MACC - crap and cock-ka-me-me organization from the very first day!

Name change from ACA to MACC does no difference, a Cow will always be a COW!

The brains still the same and the attitude still same! The head and everything else still same...!

MACC - WORLD'S BIGGEST JOKE!

Geeez !..What can I say, we MALAYSIAN and our country MALAYSIA indeed getting world attention for the very wrong reasons !!
,,,used to think the LAPD is to be feared off, but now MACC is getting the title plus honour.
,,,is it the Malaysian attribute in determination, perseverance and single-minded pursuit going over board here ??.
,,,perhaps we all lack strong guiding principles, values, character and integrity ??.
,,,can't our people, once in position of power over another, should never in the first place be empowered ??..gets carried away with their enthusiasm !!..until death would satisfy mentality !! yoo.
,,,RUTHLESSNESS as part of our new culture or has it been around all these while ??..scary indeed.
,,,ARE WE AS A NATION HAVING ALL THE WRONG PRIORITIES, PUTTING FIRST THINGS LAST OR JUMPING THE GUN ??.
,,,Why such narrow awareness and focus that ignore the whole picture becoming second to nature with our fellow Malaysian ??.

In summary - Sadly many people believe and accept that they lack what it takes to change the system that determine their destiny !. HOW WRONG CAN THEY BE ?..my take, nothing is further than the truth !..trust oneself and make the change..yaa !.

Talking of lies, I had a good laugh when in parliament, a grand lie was said that the submarine deal was decided as a direct nego as our "enemies"will know what we purchase and our national defence will be compromised. What a load of crap! Firstly, who are the enemies? Other potential bidders? the people of Malaysia? Our neighbours? The western trinity of evil? Iran,Iraq etc. The list goes on.Secondly, perhaps they do not want the taxpayers to know how they are buying rather than what they are buying. Thirdly, pse note that when Singapore acquired their subs sometime ago, only a few paragraphs in a newspaper article appeared, but , Malaysia had a full TV live coverage with the TV3 newscasters boasting of details of armaments, crew breakdown etc. To top this off, the person who asked the question in Parliament could live with this lie, and the story teller had no qualms lying. The text of the reply smelt like a cheap draft done by a low level staff. How can our august house live like this? Perhaps it should be renamed Par-Lie-ment. Are our ministers still thinking that they are talking to village heads in remote areas? (with no insult to our humble village heads)

I guess by this revelation, those at the MACC, PDRM, and the Doctors are having sleepless nights. That is, back to the drawing board to manage perception of the public.

What is the latest on the woman minister who had 3 million in her car. Why a total news black-out. This BN govt will never change. All the jazz about One Malaysia a concept that is good on paper but no BN politican would like to buy. The trouble with Malaysia is that our politicians and ministers are all morons. They dont talk about what it takes to make this nation great and stay competitive. They spent their time condemming their neighbours and getting married to trophy wives. We simply have third class fourth rate un-educated politicians. Period.
